SHIFT SCHEDULE Full Time
RATE OF PAY Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience

Responsibilities:

  • The SAP Support Analyst will primarily be responsible for managing SAP incidents, and will be the first line of support for the user community, and work with the SAP Business Analysts to understand the gaps in the current SAP processes and recommend the necessary improvements. This will take a solid understanding of SAP, understanding integration points and knowledge of our business processes. The position requires effective communication and organizational skills as well as a follow-through mentality.
  • The role will provide ongoing SAP support, drives continuous improvements and plays a key role for SAP upgrades or other major project with SAP.
  • The role will also provide functional and technical support to the user community, troubleshoot problems and offer technical solutions. This includes providing training to users as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of SAP experience, with broad knowledge of various modules (FI, CO, MM, HR, PM).
  • Knowledgeable in the interdependencies and integration points between SAP modules.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, good communication skills and follow through ability.
  • Mining experience would be an asset.
